Ignore All AVL Updates from ZOLL Respond Clients

Use this setting when your vehicles are sending coordinates to the Respond server using modems or some other communication method. If you are using Respond devices for AVL data, do not check this setting.

When this setting is enabled, AVL from the Respond application will not be recorded.

When this setting is turned disabled, the Respond application will report AVL based on GPS data.

The AVL will be used for:

  • Reporting back to ZOLL Dispatch map

  • @Work can see location Vehicle history

  • Supervisors can see where other vehicles are

  • Supervisors can see the heading & speed of other vehicles

To enable this setting:

  1. Sign onto ZOLL Online.

  2. Click the Respond tile.

  3. On the navigation bar, click Company Settings.

  4. Under the Dispatch Configuration heading, check the box next to Ignore all AVL updates from ZOLL Respond clients.

  5. Scroll down to the bottom and click Save.
